Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead

Required Experience

• 7+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
• 7+ years of development experience using AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML.
• 6+ years of experience with SFMC architecture and solution design.
• 6+ years of experience with APIs, integrations, and Marketing Cloud Connector capabilities.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM or related Salesforce ecosystem platforms.
• Strong understanding of multi-cloud architecture and integrations.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise solutions while accounting for platform limitations, performance, maintainability, and future growth.
• Traditional full-stack development background, ideally with .NET or similar technologies.
• Experience assessing the impact of Salesforce changes across upstream and downstream systems and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Next.
• Experience with Data Cloud and broader Salesforce ecosystem integrations.

Education

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.
