Role: IAM Saviynt Lead

Location: - USA REMOTE

Rate : $65/hr ON C2C OR $55 PER HOUR ON W2

Experience

10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related security domains.

Role Summary

The IAM Lead will be responsible for managing and supporting IAM services across tracks. The role will act as the SPOC for the customer for IAM related activities and work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of IAM services. The individual should be capable of understanding customer environments, providing recommendations, and supporting IAM implementations and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the customer SPOC for all IAM tracks & work closely with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and provide guidance on IAM related topics.
• Coordinate with internal IAM teams to support implementation, onboarding and operational activities.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions and service reviews.
• Support issue resolution and work with vendors when required to address platform related problems.
• Provide recommendations to improve IAM processes, governance and security controls.
• Ensure IAM services follow standard operational processes aligned with ITIL practices.

Technical Responsibilities

• Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration capabilities including:
• User lifecycle management (Joiner / Mover / Leaver) , access provisioning and de-provisioning, access reviews and certifications, SoD, RBAC models. experience with SSO and federation integrations using protocols such as: SAML / OAuth & authentication flows.
• Familiarity with privileged access management concepts including privileged account onboarding, access approvals and monitoring.
• Understanding of IAM workflows including access request processes, approval workflows, certification campaigns and compliance reporting.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with scripting or integration technologies such as Java, APIs, REST or similar.
• Experience working with enterprise IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping or CyberArk.

Soft Skills

• Strong customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple IAM tracks and coordinate with distributed teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work in global delivery environments.
