Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Quality Engineer - Remote for a 4+ month contract position with our client, an agricultural cooperative, located in Minnesota. Pay range: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
Responsibilities: - Participate on an agile team as a QE member
- Review and clarify requirements
- Identify and plan work effort by using test estimation techniques
- Create and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios
- Collaborate with team members on building test cases and scripts
- Log and track issues and defects through to resolution
- Support UAT and Go Live activities
- Leverage Test Data Management for identifying and consuming data
- Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendation
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of QE testing experience
- Knowledge of Loan Origination or Loan Servicing systems
- Expertise in Playwright or Selenium automation & frameworks
- Ability to lead testing for programs with multiple integrated systems
- Strong experience in backend testing (API/DB)
- Ability to create and execute complex SQL queries
- Experience with AI usage for testing purposes
- Good knowledge of Snowflake
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other Test Suite tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of QA&E processes
- Ability to be innovative in testing approach during challenging timelines
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to handle delivery with minimum guidance
- Good at handling multiple initiatives in parallel
