Job Summary:
Seeking an AWS Cloud Security Architect to lead security design, threat modeling, and risk assessments for cloud-based data platforms. The role focuses on securing AWS architectures, evaluating vulnerabilities, and implementing security controls in modern data environments.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in technology and cloud security
- Strong experience with AWS security and risk evaluation (GovCloud preferred)
- Expertise in system threat modeling and cloud security architecture
- Experience with Databricks and one of: Starburst, Collibra, or Immuta
- Strong understanding of modern security threats and mitigation strategies
Preferred:
- CISSP, CCSP, or related security/cloud certifications
