Role: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Houston, TX

Work Type: Hybrid (2–3 days/week onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies, cloud-native application development, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable microservices, developing secure RESTful APIs, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring production applications. Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and Harness for continuous delivery is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and modern software engineering practices.

  • Deploy, configure, and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, including services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch.

  • Implement secure API authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality end-to-end solutions.

  • Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability in production using Dynatrace and AWS monitoring tools.

  • Build and maintain automated unit, integration, and contract tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and AWS CodePipeline.

  • Create and maintain API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger, ensuring technical documentation remains accurate and up to date.

  • Work closely with DevOps teams to improve deployment automation, observability, application resilience, and release management.
