Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Lead TypeScript Developer to join a high-visibility, cutting-edge AI initiative with significant executive exposure and real-world business impact. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, progressive web application development, API integrations, and AI orchestration. This role requires a proactive technical leader who can mentor team members while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, modify, and implement software applications using Agile methodologies.
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Resolve workflow challenges through automation and process optimization.
Develop new application features and enhance existing codebases.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript and Angular code.
Utilize automated testing tools for application testing, quality assurance, and maintenance.
Design, develop, test, and deploy Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).
Integrate applications with APIs and AI orchestration platforms.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the development team.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best-practice implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills:
5 7+ years of software development experience
Angular 20+
TypeScript 5
Vite 6
Tailwind CSS 4
Web Components (Lit 3)
Progressive Web Application (PWA) development experience
API integration experience
Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Automated testing and application maintenance
Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Experience with AI-enabled applications or AI orchestration platforms
Experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers
Familiarity with modern frontend architecture patterns
