Senior Oracle Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on technical experience. This role partners with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into user stories and technical specifications, and deliver solutions in Oracle-based environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead requirements workshops and document processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
Support Oracle SaaS, OIC, Oracle Cloud, OCI, EBS, databases, integrations, and related products.
Contribute to coding, scripting, SQL, troubleshooting, and solution validation.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Git-based workflows.
Manage epics, stories, defects, dependencies, and reporting through Jira Cloud and Jira Align.
Support testing, release coordination, and production validation.
Serve as Scrum Master or tester when needed.
Manage concurrent priorities and demanding delivery schedules.
Qualifications:
Extensive Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience.
Strong stakeholder facilitation and requirements-gathering skills.
Practical coding, Oracle, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jira Cloud, and Jira Align experience.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, testing, APIs, integrations, and release management.
Adaptable, organized, collaborative, and effective under tight deadlines
