RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking 3 Senior Erwin Data Engineers in Wilmington/Newark, DE (open to Plano & Jersey City candidates, team sits in DE). This is an opportunity for full-time employment with the client.

The role supports the Credit Card product line where you will help define, design and drive market leading features and capabilities to support the largest US Credit Card issuer.

Responsibilities:
* Represents a product family of technical governance bodies
* Provides feedback and proposes improvements to data governance practices
* Provides data architectural & modeling documentation for both application specific design as well as multiple application/multiple product space designs based on business and technology inputs, firm standards and risk management needs
* Involves translating business requirements into data structures, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing data warehousing for efficient querying
* Drives decisions that influence product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes
* Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus
* Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies
* Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline
* 6+ years of Senior Hands-on, Analytical Data Engineers with strong communication skills that understand consumption pain points
* Solid Erwin experience
* Logical & Physical Modeling, Star Scheme, Dimensional & Relational Data Models
* Experience with Multiple Data Bases, 2 minimum - environment is AWS & On-Prem - Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, DB2, SQL Server, Snowflake
* Experience with P & L Models (Profit & Loss) is key
* Experience in Credit Card industry, E-Commerce/Transactional Project/Domain, Tokenization, Encryption, etc., big pluses
* Practical cloud native experience
* Familiar with PCI and Industry standard security patterns, such as Tokenization, Encryption, etc.
* Python, ETL Tools/Process, Data Dashboard consumption, Data Pipelines in a Lake
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving data-related issues
* Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
* Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions for future state architecture
* Experience managing design considerations and priorities across multiple stakeholders is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
