Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Brooklyn, OH

Duration: 6+ Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)

Skills / Experience Needed:

• Scrum Master Certification


• 3+ years of Scrum Master delivery experience


• Experience with Agile Methodologies, Jira, and Confluence


• Experience leading multiple Agile teams


• Demonstrate solid leadership competencies; organized, servant leader and facilitator


• Experience with Technology Implementation


• Data Analysis skills

Description & Responsibilities:

Lead multiple high-priority technical projects within Enterprise Data and Information Services. The individual will take projects from original concept through final implementation with Agile methodologies. They will interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users and vendors, and ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.

• Works with business leader to define backlog, sprint priority; manages project scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition that support the diverse business goals and interests of multiple stakeholders


• Lead cross functional team members towards common outcomes and execution


• Participate in PI planning, capacity planning and team sizing to meet stakeholder objectives


• Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities; meets project budget, schedule, scope & risk targets.


• Identify and assess risks & issues and proactively mitigate and resolve issues


• Performs impact analysis and prioritization


• May have to perform Data Analyst responsibilities as needed


• Manage project teams that include onshore and offshore resources

Preferred (Nice to have):

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience


• Knowledge / experience in the financial and banking services industry a plus


• Experience working with or managing banking projects


• Experience working with G-Cloud Platform and BigQuery


• Experience working as a Data Analyst in financial and banking sector is a plus
