Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Vistex Consultant with over 10 years of rich experience in SAP/Vistex implementations, upgrades, global rollouts, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA, V/4 HANA, Vistex IP, DMR, DMP, and various SAP core modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, CRM, etc.). The role demands strong functional and technical knowledge of Incentive & Paybacks (IP), Rebates, Billbacks, Chargebacks, Royalties, and Sales Incentives, along with excellent client-facing, troubleshooting, and solution design skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support end-to-end SAP/Vistex implementations and upgrades, including S/4 & V/4 HANA.
Configure and support Customer Rebates, Billbacks, Chargebacks, Memberships/GPOs, and Sales Incentives.
Design and enhance Calculation Procedures, Pricing Agreements, Claims processing, and Composite Models.
Work with cross-functional teams (Salesforce, .NET, SQL DB) to integrate and support data flows and EDI/IDoc interfaces (844, 845, 867, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using ABAP debugging, OSS Notes, and performance tuning.
Provide expert support for Vistex modules using IRM/IPSPRO, IRM/EPSPRO, IRM/GPRSPRO.
Develop functional specifications, review technical specifications, and ensure successful execution of RICEFW objects.
Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring for onboarding new Vistex consultants.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Participate in Agile/SAFe/Scrum delivery methodologies for ongoing support and enhancements.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Greenfield & Brownfield S/4 HANA implementations.
Strong knowledge of Trade Promotions, Fund Management, and Territory-based Commissions.
Proven ability to lead global rollouts and support multi-regional environments (NA, EMEA, APAC, LAO).
