Job Location: Remote with Travel (Pepsi will pay all the travel expense, Travel in Purchase NY, Plano, TX and Chicago, IL)

3-5 years of experience min as Supply Chain manager or Warehouse manager, no need consultant.
Required Skills
SAP S/4 Hana or SAP ECC
WMS/Warehouse Management Systems or Supply Chain Management
Deployment exp/hypercare from within business unit to submit
Bachelor degree

Bachelor''s Degree.
4 plus year with SAP s/4HANA preferred; will consider SAP ECC experience
Warehouse Logistics Supply Chain user training and support
4 plus years of previous experience working within a Make to Deploy and/or Order to Cash Operations organization.
Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge.
Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills.
Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions.
Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices.
Preferred Requirements:
Challenges requirements, open to recommending and implementing changes to business processes.
Results oriented, able to complete projects on time while managing multiple priorities.
Ability to adapt to and work within multi time zones and adjust work schedule appropriately.
Ability to visualize new business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Support onsite training ang support of SAP ECC migration to SAP S/4HANA
Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the sub-process area of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the warehouse and inventory process areas.
Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project.
Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership.
Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed.
Provide deployment support.
Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care).
