Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Implementation Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP HANA implementation and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP HANA architecture, implementation methodologies, project governance, stakeholder management, and large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards while managing cross-functional SAP teams, business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications

20+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 10 years in project, program, or delivery management roles.
Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Proven experience leading full-cycle SAP implementations from project initiation through go-live.
Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate.
Experience managing large, cross-functional SAP teams across multiple workstreams.
Strong knowledge of SAP functional and technical landscapes, including integration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Demonstrated experience in project planning, budget management, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives and business leadership.
Strong experience working with system integrators, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
