Job Description:
• BOM Configuration Expertise: Proficiency in creating, updating, and managing Bill of Materials (BOM) in Agile PLM and/or Siemens Team Center environments.
• Change Management: Experience in managing engineering change orders (ECOs) or engineering change requests (ECRs) within the PLM environment.
• Component Analysis: Ability to analyze individual components or materials in the BOM to ensure they meet the evolving compliance standards.
• UAT: Proficiency in conducting thorough testing for tool functionality and product onboarding to ensure functionality remains consistent and meets expected performance standards.
Soft Skills:
• Attention to Detail: Emphasis on a high level of accuracy in all aspects of execution, as mistakes can lead to significant downstream issues.
• Prioritization: Skills in prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule.
• Collaborative Nature: Experience working in agile or iterative environments where collaboration, clear communication, and feedback are crucial.
Experience Required: 8+
