Location: Westwood, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

- Bachelor''s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Master''s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive IT and cybersecurity experience.
- 7+ years leading enterprise cybersecurity organizations.
- Experience serving as a CISO, Deputy CISO, or Director of Information Security.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture.
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or chemical organizations.
- Experience securing Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
- Experience supporting global organizations.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and IT integration initiatives.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of cloud-native security platforms.
- Experience implementing Zero Trust architecture.
