We have an urgent need for a DevOps Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to work from the office three days a week and be available for in-person interviews. Candidates who can directly work on our payroll are encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will focus on day-to-day operations support, ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of cloud-based systems. You will manage and support infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, deploy and maintain containerized environments using Kubernetes, and handle operational troubleshooting across distributed systems. The position involves developing automation scripts using Linux, Python, and Shell, while also working with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and deployment frameworks to ensure seamless operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system reliability, resolve production issues, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Linux administration, along with proficiency in Python and Shell scripting. Experience with DevOps tools for automation, deployment, and monitoring is essential. This role requires a purely operations-focused mindset, with the ability to handle production environments, troubleshoot effectively, and ensure high system uptime. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are critical for success.
