Responsibility:
· Experience building platforms with end-to-end customer focus .
· Drive requirements discussion with customer independently
· Propose solutions to requirements covering functional, non-functional requirements, security requirements.
· Good troubleshooting and debugging skills (hands-on skills)
Must Have
- Observability (Grafana driven) — 2 years of production experience
- Alloy Agent , installation process
- Understanding of Grafana features
- Metrics, logs and traces understanding
- Different database onboarding to O11y platform
- Around 3+ years of programming experience with at-least one programming language – Python/NodeJS/Java
- Around 2 years in automation experience
- CICD with Jenkins
- Terraform (using modules, secrets management)
- Scripting - shell or python
- Kubernetes experience in deploying applications to production – 2+ years
- Helm Charts
- Kubernetes Operators
- Good Communication
- Experience working with any one Cloud platform (AWS preferred). Covering areas such as networking (VPC, subnets, CIDR blocks, peering etc.), IAM, compute, storage, security
- Good understanding of AI – predictive trends, anomaly detection, RCA etc.

- Linux (basic knowledge)
- Jenkins - CICD - writing pipelines (Groovy)
