A globally recognized insurance and reinsurance law firm with a deep specialty practice in coverage litigation, complex liability, and risk advisory. Known for a collegial but high-performing culture, strong internal career development infrastructure, and meaningful attorney autonomy. This is a growth hire on an active litigation team.

This is a senior-level, coverage-focused litigation role — not pure defense work. The attorney will own complex insurance coverage disputes from strategy through resolution, handle depositions independently, appear in state and federal court, and mentor junior team members. High autonomy, high expectations, fully remote with flexibility.

•     Formulate and execute case strategies for complex insurance coverage disputes including high-exposure and multi-party matters

•     Review and interpret CGL, product liability, E&O, excess, and specialty policies; issue written coverage opinions

•     Prepare motions, briefs, pleadings, memoranda, and discovery documents

•     Take and defend depositions of insureds, corporate reps, experts, and key witnesses independently

•     Appear at hearings, oral arguments, mediations, and settlement conferences in state and federal courts

•     Provide ongoing risk assessments and strategic guidance to insurer clients

•     Supervise and mentor associates and paralegals; delegate and review work product

•     Manage a complex multi-matter caseload while meeting deadlines and quality standards

•     Identify emerging coverage issues and advise clients on exposure trends proactively

•     Base salary: $200,000–$215,000 (candidates typically not started at top of band)

•     Monthly performance bonus up to $2,000
