Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Looking for profiles in US with good knowledge in compliance/regulation/taxation for telco mainly post paid

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements related to telecom compliance, taxation, and regulatory changes.
• Work with business, finance, tax, legal, and IT teams to implement regulatory and taxation requirements.
• Support postpaid billing platforms and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local telecom regulations.
• Interpret and implement changes related to telecom taxation, surcharges, and regulatory mandates.
• Coordinate with billing, revenue assurance, and finance teams to ensure accurate tax calculation and invoicing.
• Perform impact analysis for regulatory changes and prepare functional specifications.
• Support UAT, defect management, and production deployments.
• Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards and internal governance policies.
• Prepare business process documentation, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with business stakeholders and external vendors.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the U.S. telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of postpaid telecom billing processes.
• Experience with telecom compliance, regulations, and taxation.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal and state telecom regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with telecom billing platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Oracle BRM, Hansen, or similar.
• Familiarity with telecom taxation, billing, invoicing, and revenue assurance.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FCC regulations and U.S. telecom compliance requirements.
• Experience with telecom tax engines or taxation platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Understanding of OSS/BSS architecture.
• Knowledge of revenue assurance and billing operations.
