Role Overview:
Lead the design, configuration, troubleshooting, and migration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) solutions. Build and consume Java-based REST services to integrate external systems, automate IAM processes, and deliver high-quality test assets and documentation in support of enterprise identity governance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize SailPoint ISC (IdentityNow) tenants: sources/connectors, account aggregation/correlation, transforms, access profiles, roles, certifications, lifecycle events, and workflows.
- Build and promote transport packages to migrate IdentityNow artifacts across environments (dev/test/prod) with proper versioning and rollback plans.
- Develop and integrate RESTful services and APIs; leverage Java for custom components and integration utilities as needed.
- Automate provisioning/deprovisioning and access governance tasks; integrate with directories (e.g., AD) and enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Troubleshoot connector issues, provisioning failures, and campaign performance; perform log analysis and root-cause remediation.
- Author test plans and detailed test cases; execute unit, integration, and UAT cycles; create automation for repeatable test execution.
- Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and runbooks; contribute to operational readiness and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills:
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) hands-on experience, including configuration, deployment/migration, and troubleshooting.
- SailPoint Java programming and Java-based REST web service development.
- Strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) fundamentals: provisioning, governance, RBAC, joiner/mover/leaver processes.
- API design/consumption and integration patterns using REST.
- Ability to work within secure, audited environments aligned to Public Trust requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- SailPoint IdentityNow advanced features (transforms, access profiles, workflows), and experience with Active Directory (AD) integrations.
- Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager.
- ServiceNow integration for request, approval, and fulfillment workflows.
- Tooling: Postman for API testing, Visual Studio or similar IDEs.
- Familiarity with REST/JSON best practices and test automation frameworks.
Expected Deliverables:
- Implemented and migrated ISC/IdentityNow artifacts with versioned transport packages.
- Documented REST APIs/integrations and reusable Postman collections.
- Automation scripts/utilities supporting provisioning, reconciliation, and testing.
- Test assets: test plans, detailed test cases, execution reports, and defect logs.
Certifications/Education:
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) Certification required.
