Summary
The Opportunity
StaffRight Associates is representing a premier investment firm managing $3B in assets that specializes in sophisticated real estate and asset-intensive capital deployment. This is a high-visibility mandate for a polished professional to serve as the operational backbone of a lean, elite investment team in Midtown Manhattan. You will lead the functionality of a high-caliber office environment, ensuring that the physical and administrative infrastructure keeps pace with the firm’s disciplined momentum.
This is a direct-hire position requiring four days per week in-office, with occasional travel to the firm''s Stamford office. The role offers a competitive base salary between $180,000 and $220,000, supplemented by an annual performance bonus of 10% to 15%.
What You’ll Do
Architect and maintain a sophisticated office ecosystem, ensuring all daily operations meet the highest standards of professional efficiency.
Champion vendor and facility partnerships, serving as the primary point of command for building management, technical providers, and external service firms.
Synchronize complex logistics for senior leadership, including the mastery of intricate executive calendars, global travel itineraries, and high-priority meeting coordination.
Direct the lifecycle of internal and client-facing events, overseeing everything from initial conceptualization to flawless execution.
Orchestrate the onboarding experience for new high-level hires, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure a rapid and professional integration.
Execute precise financial oversight of office expenditures, managing budgets, processing invoices, and auditing expense reports with meticulous accuracy.
Synthesize and refine organizational policies, establishing "best-in-class" operational protocols that align with institutional requirements and New York City workplace standards.
Navigate office spatial planning and asset management, ensuring all equipment and supplies are optimized for a high-performing investment team.
What You Bring
Elite Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of dedicated office management or executive-level operations experience within Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or a comparable institutional financial services environment.
High-Stakes Competence: A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-expectation cultures where precision and rapid response times are non-negotiable.
Executive Presence: Extensive history supporting C-Suite or senior investment professionals, demonstrating the discretion and sound judgment required for sensitive information.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and specialized expense management platforms like Concur.
Regional Expertise: Deep knowledge of New York City commercial operations, vendor contract management, and local workplace compliance.
Strategic Mindset: A solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, coupled with robust project management skills and event coordination expertise.
Educational Foundation: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional certification/graduate diploma.
