Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with expertise in business analysis, IT project initiation, and technology procurement. The ideal candidate will gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements while collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Responsibilities include process analysis, requirements management, SOW development, vendor coordination, and SDLC support. The candidate should have strong experience facilitating workshops, creating process flows, conducting current/future state analysis, and supporting UAT activities. Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies, procurement lifecycle documentation, and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Visio is highly preferred.
