Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in healthcare claims and population health to join our Healthcare Analytics team. You will play a key role in developing optimized SQL queries and building high-impact data models and visualizations, leveraging tools like Looker or Tableau.

Required Skills

10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics with a focus on healthcare claims data, population health, and member experience
Expert-level SQL query writing and optimization
Experience building visualizations and models in Looker or comparable tools such as Tableau
Deep understanding of the claims lifecycle and reporting logic nuances
Experience with healthcare claims data at a payer, provider, TPA, tech company, or Point Solution
Proficiency in Agile tools: Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation
Strong stakeholder communication skills — ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
