Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to manage multiple digital projects, while ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards, including website redesigns, feature launches and enhancements, and content updates
Collaborate with UX design, content, research, and technical leads to create authenticated digital experiences and optimize user flows and enhance wayfinding across all digital platforms to enhance user satisfaction
Effectively communicate digital strategy and project updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership, marketing teams, and technical teams
Track/document program progress through Smartsheet via program plan, weekly status, and risk management
Clear understanding of product/program vision, scope, and business objectives with ability to communicate effectively to delivery and support teams
Develop program plans and maintain program records
Collaborate with the core team to identify and schedule all tasks necessary to achieve program scope, including the identification and management of the critical path
Provide updates on key milestones and ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and issues
Manage proposed changes to program parameters and collaborate with Enterprise Program Management and Program Managers to ensure proper processes and communications are followed

Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital program management, including but limited to website, dashboard, chat bot, and mobile app self-serving digital experiences
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple dependencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate digital strategies to stakeholders
Familiarity with Program Management tools like SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence as well as web analytics tools and platforms for data tracking and reporting
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 or the hourly equivalent.
