Senior AI/ML Architect (CustomerFacing, Strategic Role)

We are looking for a Senior Data & Analytics Architect who can act as a trusted advisor and strategic leader, driving enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation for a large customer engagement.

This role is not just architecture design it requires strong customer engagement, solution visioning, and commercial impact to help shape downstream delivery opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and anchor discussions with customer IT and business leadership
Assess and rationalize the current state data & analytics landscape
Design future-state architecture covering:
Unified data platform
Data integration & pipelines
Analytics, dashboards, and reporting
AI-driven insights and communication
Address product fulfilment lifecycle visibility challenges
Shape AI-enabled use cases such as forecasting and decision intelligence
Translate architecture vision into phased delivery opportunities
Partner with sales and delivery teams to drive downstream revenue
Required Experience:
12 18+ years in Data / Analytics / Platform Architecture
8+ years in customer-facing or consultative roles
Experience driving enterprise data transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder influence and executive communication skills

Preferred Experience:
Retail / Supply Chain / Fulfilment analytics
Forecasting & planning platforms (e.g., o9, Relex)
Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
