Job Title: SAP Integration Architect

Location: Maumee, OH (onsite)

Employment Type: 12+ Months Contract

What you’ll be doing:

• As an Integration Architect, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution.
• Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their integration requirements, translating these business needs into effective technology solutions, and mapping business processes to support various applications.
• You will also define data entities, select appropriate integration technology components and patterns, and design the overall integration architecture to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across systems.
• Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the integration solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as the technical authority for integration decisions.
• Produce architecture diagrams, standards, and reference implementations.
• Guide implementation teams and review designs and code.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, data governance, and business stakeholders.
• Guide development teams through the implementation lifecycle, including code reviews and troubleshooting
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performant, with attention to reusability and maintainability
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Crafting and leading the end-to-end integration architecture across SAP and non-SAP systems, with a solid focus on SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management), connecting between salesforce and databricks environment, and B2B integration
• Defining integration standards, patterns, and procedures for APIs, events, ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.
• Translating sophisticated business requirements into clear technical integration develop in close collaboration with business participants, project managers, and architects.
• Providing technical leadership and architectural mentorship to integration developers, ensuring compliance with security, performance, and governance standards.
• Define security patterns (OAuth, service principals, secrets management, encryption).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, access control, and audit requirements.
• Design monitoring, alerting, error handling, and retry strategies.
• Establish SLAs, data quality checks, and reconciliation processes.

What we seek in you:

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient integration patterns across SAP BTP, Salesforce, and Databricks, using either SAP BTP–native services or a .NET-based integration layer, based on enterprise standards and non-functional requirements.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing SAP integration solutions, with shown ownership of sophisticated integration landscapes.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP, especially SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors).
