We're hiring a Chief of Engineering to lead our maintenance and engineering operations. If you're a skilled leader with a passion for problem-solving, team development, and operational excellence - we want to meet you.
What You'll Do

As Director of Engineering, you will:
  • Oversee all engineering, maintenance, and life-safety systems across the property
  • Ensure optimal performance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
  • Manage team schedules, vendor contracts, and project timelines
  • Conduct inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
  • Lead capital improvement projects and support long-term property planning
  • Develop and monitor department budgets, costs, and forecasting
  • Support emergency response protocols and lead after-hours/on-call situations as needed
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or engineering leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of building systems, equipment operations, and life-safety protocols
  • Proven success in leading teams, managing vendors, and coordinating projects
  • Strong budgeting, planning, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility for on-call rotations and emergency situations
  • Hotel or hospitality engineering experience preferred
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and preventative maintenance systems
