Summary

Title: Audio Video Technician 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Video Technician to support conference rooms and collaboration spaces at our Marlborough, MA site. The technician will be responsible for maintaining AV systems, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, and acting as the primary AV point of contact for the location.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular checks of all conference rooms
    • Verify hardware power status
    • Monitor battery levels (remotes, wireless devices)
    • Test audio and video functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues promptly
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex issues
  • Ensure conference rooms are clean, organized, and presentable
  • Work with Facilities on room-related physical issues
  • Use AV monitoring tools to proactively identify issues
  • Provide immediate in-person support to users during meetings
  • Conduct AV training sessions:
    • Equipment usage
    • Best practices
    • General AV support
  • Track and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with the broader AV team on system upgrades and changes
  • Act as the primary AV contact for the site
  • Participate in AV-related special projects

Important Details:

·         Employment Type: Contract

·         Work Location: Marlborough, MA (100% Onsite – Day 1)

·         Target Bill Rate: $30/hr

·         Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
