Value Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our product initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and use cases.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new products and features.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Track and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development efforts.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with data analysis and product performance tracking tools.
• Strong customer empathy and a passion for building great products.
