Summary

Job: Senior Workday Reporting Specialist Onsite Tues - Thurs in Altamonte Springs, FL - need to be local to Orlando area 6+ Months - potential CTH

Qualifications
Required
Senior-level experience in Workday Reporting, specifically within Workday Recruiting / Talent Acquisition.
Strong command of TA processes, workflows, and terminology.
Proven ability to build complex Workday calculated fields and operational dashboards.
Experience managing a high volume of enhancement requests or backlog items.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with TA stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site Tuesday Thursday

Preferred
Prior experience supporting Talent Acquisition as part of an HR Systems or People Analytics team.
Experience working in agile ticket environments (e.g., JIRA).
Ability to offer strategic recommendations and guide teams on best-in-class Workday reporting practices.
