Summary

S4 HCM Functional Consultant

Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP HCM Time Management solutions with a strong focus on Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS). Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable HCM and CATS solutions. Configure and support CATS profiles, data entry processes, approval workflows, validations, and integrations with Payroll, Project Systems, and Controlling. Ensure accurate time recording, approval, and transfer processes in compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
