Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (60%) and Backend development (40%).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and high-performance front-end applications using React.js
Build and maintain backend services and APIs
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Integrate front-end components with backend APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Frontend (Primary 60%)
Strong experience with React.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API)
Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Backend (Secondary 40%)
Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js / Java / .NET (customize as needed)
Strong understanding of RESTful API development
Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in an onsite collaborative environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of microservices architecture
