AWS Core Services & Compute
Design and manage scalable compute platforms using EC2 (Auto Scaling, Load Balancing)
Implement serverless architectures using AWS Lambda
Build and operate containerized workloads using ECS, EKS, App Runner, and AWS Batch
Storage & Data Management
Architect and manage storage solutions using S3 (Lifecycle policies, Cross-Region Replication)
Hands-on experience with EBS, EFS, FSx, and AWS Storage Gateway
Networking & Security
Design VPC architectures with multi-AZ high availability
Configure and manage CloudFront, Route 53, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway
Implement secure access patterns and network segmentation
Database & Caching
Manage relational databases using RDS (Multi-AZ, Aurora)
Hands-on with DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Redshift, and DocumentDB
Messaging & Streaming
Build asynchronous systems using SQS, SNS, and EventBridge
Implement workflows with Step Functions
Experience with Amazon MQ and streaming platforms like Kinesis Data Streams
AI / ML Services
Integrate AWS AI/ML services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, and Personalize
Architecture & Engineering
Container Strategy
Design and operate production-grade EKS clusters (including Fargate)
Experience with ECS (Fargate & EC2) and container image management using ECR
Serverless & Event-Driven Architecture
Implement serverless patterns using Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, Aurora Serverless, and EventBridge
Design event-driven systems using custom EventBridge buses, SNS/SQS fan-out patterns, Kinesis streaming, and DynamoDB Streams
API Management & Security
Design APIs using API Gateway (REST & WebSocket)
Implement Lambda Authorizers, WAF integration, and rate limiting
Microservices Engineering
Design and implement microservices architectures
Strong understanding of service decomposition, distributed tracing, and observability
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services and cloud-native design patterns
