Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Oracle E-Business Suite 11i (11.5.10.2) and R12 (12.1.3).
Oracle Applications RLM, Order Management, Purchasing, SCM, eCommerce Gateway.
Strong understanding of EDIFACT and ANSI X12 EDI standards.
EDI transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV.
Experience handling complex Oracle EDI issues.
Strong understanding of production support processes.
Experience with SI / B2B Integrator BP development and troubleshooting (added advantage).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Has experience and working knowledge of EDI concepts including EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and IDOC.
Provide translation support for all EDI processes and systems.
Function as a primary point of contact for Oracle/SI related support requests.
Analyze support requests, identify root cause, and coordinate resolution with enterprise teams.
Monitor EDI error directories/emails and take corrective actions.
Perform minor map modifications and trading partner setup.
Troubleshoot SI / B2B Integrator business processes.
Develop and maintain EDI support processes and documentation.
Maintain integrity and stability of EDI environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage EDI onboarding for new and existing trading partners.
