Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $72hr - $77hr
  • The Technical Product Manager is responsible for driving product vision, roadmap, and execution for CRM-based solutions, with a focus on improving customer experience and sales productivity.
  • The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable technology solutions.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing and Sales processes.
  • Experience with CRM technologies, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
  • Experience launching large-scale global technology solutions.
  • Experience with change management and process transformation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, and design.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand current Marketing and Sales processes and define future-state solutions.
  • Lead process improvement sessions with internal customers.
  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with architecture, design, and engineering teams for delivery.
  • Align with internal customers and technical teams on product strategy.
  • Coordinate with other Product Managers on interdependent initiatives.
  • Lead planning, documentation, and delivery of business and technology requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog including defects and enhancements.
  • Support release planning and scheduling of backlog items.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and define acceptance criteria with QA teams.
Should Have:
  • Experience working with CRM solutions and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience handling conflict resolution and facilitating team alignment.
