Job Title: Web Developer – React
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Note: Need Visa Independent and local candidate
Job Description:
· 5+ years of experience building modern web applications with strong JavaScript fundamentals.
· Experience in Svelte, React, Vue, or other component-based front-end frameworks.
· Understanding of performance optimization techniques (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, etc.).
· Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
· Comfort working in agile teams and collaborating across engineering, product, and design.
· Willingness to learn and contribute to a Svelte-based ecosystem (if not already experienced).
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance websites using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
· Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and content feeds.
· Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement user-centric features and iterate based on analytics and feedback.
· Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.
· Help establish and promote best practices in modern web development (component-driven development, performance tuning, SEO, accessibility).
· Contribute to the migration of legacy codebases into modular, modern web stacks.
· Integrate 3rd party SDKs such as RudderStack and LaunchDarkly
