Summary
I'm recruiting for an exciting IT Business Relationship Leader opportunity with a leading US-based consumer goods manufacturer undergoing significant business and digital transformation.
This is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping the multi-year IT roadmap across multiple manufacturing business units, aligning technology investments with commercial objectives and driving operational improvements.
The business is progressing through two major transformation programs: a Lean transformation focused on process standardization and continuous improvement, and an ambitious AI-first digital transformation, supported by a long-term strategic partnership with Palantir and the adoption of advanced AI, analytics and manufacturing technologies.
The successful individual will partner directly with senior business leaders, anticipate future technology needs, prioritize initiatives and lead site-level IT teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. This requires someone who can operate strategically while maintaining accountability for execution, building relationships across business units at different stages of digital maturity.
Required experience:
5+ years in IT Business Relationship Management, IT leadership or digital transformation, with experience developing technology roadmaps and translating business priorities into IT initiatives.Strong manufacturing background, ideally within CPG, automotive, pharmaceutical or other process-driven manufacturing environments.Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing senior stakeholders and driving operational excellence, Lean transformation and continuous improvement.Strong understanding of manufacturing IT systems, including ERP, SAP, MES, industrial automation and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IIoT and advanced analytics.Commercially minded, customer-oriented leader with a hands-on approach to team development, change management and delivering business value.
