Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) along with solid experience in the retail domain. Experience with Dynamics POS is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze, design, build, and implement multi-currency and multi-region service-based solutions using D365 F&O, POS, and X++

· Follow test-driven development (TDD) practices

· Work on user stories and tasks using Azure DevOps

· Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

· Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos

· Collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, matrix environment

Required Skills:

· 10+ years of overall experience, preferably in the retail domain

· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and X++

· Experience with Dynamics POS (preferred)

· Expertise in SSRS reporting and Power BI

· Experience integrating D365 F&O with external systems using OData, DMF, web services, or third-party tools

· Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for troubleshooting, performance tuning, and environment management

· Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and data structures

· Experience with Azure DevOps for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Data Lifecycle Management (DLM)

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
