Job Overview: This position is a replacement role requiring a strong background in system administration, including Windows, Linux, AWS, and enterprise monitoring tools. The role involves providing 24/7 operational support, monitoring application performance, and ensuring system stability. The candidate will work on-site in a shift-based schedule and will be responsible for troubleshooting, incident management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain system availability and performance.
Responsibilities: - Provide 24/7 operational support through proactive monitoring of application performance and system health.
- Support Digital Channels Production environments, including Unix/Linux, Windows, VMware, HyperV, Middleware, and AWS Cloud environments.
- Monitor and analyze alerts from enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Big Panda, SCOM, and LogicMonitor.
- Respond to incidents and alerts, troubleshoot issues, and restore services promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unplanned outages and implement improvements to prevent future incidents.
- Follow ITIL Service Management practices, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management activities.
- Write and utilize scripts (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate remediation of alerts and enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure enterprise standards and security are maintained on hardware and software.
- Participate in planned change activities and incident follow-ups.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in an operational support role.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM Service Management best practices.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows server environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, and others.
- Understanding of virtual technologies, including VMware and HyperV.
- Experience with Middleware components such as Weblogic, Websphere, and DataPower.
- Familiarity with incident ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.

Pay Range: $45-48/Hr.
