Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for a project focused on building foundational AI and engineering capabilities. This role will contribute to standardizing development patterns for RAG and chatbot frameworks, enabling scalable and reusable AI solutions across the organization. You will be a core contributor to building reusable AI components, frameworks, and patterns, supporting both application enablement and platform standardization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET or similar languages.
- Create and manage front-end components with Angular and/or React.
- Contribute to the development of a modular, component-based architecture and a centralized, repeatable AI engineering framework.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into applications, including RAG patterns and chatbot development.
- Develop agentic workflows and AI-powered developer platforms.
- Build reusable AI patterns and frameworks, working with Azure AI Foundry.
- Support the evaluation, testing, and governance of AI systems.
- Contribute to AI enablement by educating development teams on AI fundamentals.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Experience in full stack or backend-oriented engineering.
- Frontend development skills in Angular and/or React.
- Backend development experience in C#, .NET, or similar languages.
- Experience with component-based, modular architecture.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and their integration into applications.
- Hands-on experience developing RAG applications, chatbots, or agentic workflows.
- Experience building reusable AI patterns and frameworks with Azure AI Foundry.
Technical Skills:- Understanding of the Azure ecosystem, particularly pipelines and services.
- Knowledge of prompt orchestration and AI application architecture.
- Understanding of model management, automation, and the LLM lifecycle.
- Familiarity with tool calling and workflow orchestration.
Soft Skills:- Communication and collaboration skills, with English fluency.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible across different teams and tasks.
- Capability for a quick ramp-up and learning period.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure AI services such as Azure AI Search.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Experience building internal platforms or developer frameworks.
- Knowledge of agent-based architectures and memory integration patterns in AI systems.
- Experience creating reusable AI accelerators and reference architectures.
- Experience working in nearshore or distributed teams.
