Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a talented
Industrial Maintenance Tech in
Milford, PA. This role involves performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will ensure all work adheres to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, contributing to the site s operational success. Join a team dedicated to maintaining efficiency and achieving business objectives in a critical support function.
Responsibilities and Duties - Your Day-to-Day- Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and facility equipment.
- Provide emergency and scheduled repairs for production equipment during and between production cycles.
- Execute mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC troubleshooting and repair.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, electrical prints, and schematics to perform required maintenance.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
What You Bring - Skills that Make a Difference- High school diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and production maintenance experience.
- 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic industrial skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals, electrical prints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and troubleshooting.
