Role: Senior Java Full Stack Lead (Microservices)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Techno Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in building custom Java-based web applications using microservices architecture and modern UI frameworks (React / Angular). The ideal candidate will bring technical depth along with strong functional understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Java-based web applications with React/Angular front-end.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including architecture reviews, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Handle large datasets and complex data needs using strong SQL (extract, analyze, validate).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all project phases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and mentor junior developers / team members as needed.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development (web applications).
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience in React and/or Angular and modern frontend development practices.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and working with large datasets.

Good to Have

• Python scripting for automation / data processing.
• Exposure to AWS (any services).
