Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter to support business requirements gathering, system configuration, and implementation initiatives within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance environments. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
Conduct workshops with claims, underwriting, and operations stakeholders
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Guidewire ClaimCenter
Support configuration and enhancement of ClaimCenter modules (FNOL, Claims Lifecycle, Payments, Reserves, etc.)
Collaborate with developers on integrations and system customizations
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support defect resolution
Work on data migration and reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Business Analyst experience in Insurance domain
2+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter
Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance Claims processes
Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, RTM, user stories)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
