Summary

Title: SAP Service Management Consultant
Location: Remote (Client: Long Beach, CA)

Role Summary:
Seeking an SAP Service Management Consultant to support ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration, focusing on SAP CS processes, system conversion, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support ECC S/4HANA conversion for Service Management
Configure & manage Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranty, Installed Base, Billing
Analyze existing processes & perform Fit-Gap analysis
Ensure integration with PM, SD, MM, FI/CO, CRM/FSM
Support data migration, validation, and testing (Unit, SIT, UAT)
Prepare functional documentation (FS, FDD)

Required Skills:

Strong SAP CS / Service Management experience
S/4HANA knowledge (Readiness Check 2.0, Maintenance Planner)
6 10 years SAP experience
Experience in at least one SAP CS implementation
Brownfield conversion experience preferred

Nice to Have:

Fiori, SAP Activate, Solution Manager / ChaRM
Knowledge of S/4HANA Service (new module)

Deliverables:

Fit-Gap analysis, simplification impact, testing sign-off, cutover support
