Job Description

The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, modeling, and reporting.

The role will develop daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse, logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.

This position requires a highly detailed, timely, consistent, and accurate approach to reporting. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as reports and analyses will be presented to senior management and other key stakeholders.

The analyst will help establish operational priorities, identify key issues, validate data, investigate discrepancies, analyze costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Education & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of reporting and data analysis experience within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments.
• Experience with cost analysis and KPI reporting.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint, and BI tools.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining dashboards.
• Experience with SAP is required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Design and automate reports.
• Maintain dashboards and perform recurring analysis.
• Provide in-depth analysis supporting critical business decisions.
• Develop data models supporting operational decision-making.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Analyze logistics, warehouse, transportation, and operational costs.
• Publish standard and complex ad-hoc reports for different audiences.
• Investigate data discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
