OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled
UX Designer to join our team onsite in Juno Beach, FL. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer with strong research capabilities, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for translating complex business requirements into simple, elegant user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs, business goals, and design requirements
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction models that communicate design solutions clearly
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and research to inform design decisions
- Analyze data, user behavior, and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs
- Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Stay up to date on UX best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends
Required Qualifications- 3-5+ years of UX design experience (enterprise or product environment preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and end-to-end UX process
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Juno Beach, FL
Preferred Qualifications- Experience designing for large-scale enterprise applications
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
- Experience contributing to or building design systems
