We've worked with several candidates who had strong Data Scientist + agent/API-layer resumes similar to this one, and it ultimately did not work out for us. The gap is usually around full-stack ownership, enterprise integration, and operating beyond just the AI layer. Because of that pattern, I'm being more deliberate about prioritizing engineers with clear full-stack foundations who evolved into AI - not the other way around.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to gather and preprocess data for model training.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to continually improve our offerings.
- Document processes and maintain clear communication with team members and management.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Typescript, Amazon Build Tool (ABT)
- Knowledge of deep learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar AI engineering role or relevant projects.
