About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Copilot Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, AI-powered productivity tools, and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Copilot solutions across enterprise environments to improve productivity, collaboration, and workflow automation.
This role requires deep experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Platform, and AI integrations, along with the ability to guide organizations in adopting AI-driven workflows and automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copilot Implementation & Architecture
- Design and implement Microsoft Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Lead enterprise Copilot deployments, including configuration, governance, and adoption strategies.
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot with enterprise systems and internal knowledge sources.
2. AI & Automation Development
- Develop custom Copilot extensions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Build automation workflows using:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI
- Create AI-powered productivity assistants and enterprise knowledge bots.
3. Microsoft Ecosystem Integration
- Integrate Microsoft Copilot with:
- Microsoft Graph
- SharePoint
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Teams
- Azure AI Services
- Implement secure data access and governance models for AI-based solutions.
4. Security & Governance
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft Purview, data governance, and enterprise security policies.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and responsible AI practices.
- Monitor Copilot usage and optimize adoption and governance frameworks.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and IT teams to identify AI use cases.
- Provide technical leadership for Copilot adoption programs.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead AI innovation initiatives.
