Key Responsibilities:

• Handle SLA management, issue resolution, and operational support
• Coordinate with business, client, and technical teams
• Support deployments, releases, and environment management
• Drive RCA and service improvements

Required Skills:
• Manhattan Active WM/OMS experience

• API/integration understanding
