Job DetailsPosition: Project Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Industry: Building Automation / DDC Controls
Summary: Currently looking to hire a BAS Project Manager for growing building automation integrator specializing in high-performance DDC systems and complex controls projects. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of assigned BAS projects and drive them to successful completion - on time, on budget, and safely.
What You'll Do
- Manage building automation/DDC projects from turnover through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractors
- Control project budgets, labor productivity, and financial performance
- Lead pre-construction planning and coordination meetings
- Price and manage change orders
- Ensure timely billing and accurate documentation
- Maintain strong safety standards on all job sites
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in BAS, HVAC controls, or DDC systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls installation
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project financials
- Familiarity with design/build and value engineering projects
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
