Location:- 3 days onsite role at Charlotte, NC

As a Delivery Lead, you will:
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and high-impact Program / Delivery Lead who can manage large-scale programs, multiple teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a natural leader who proactively identifies challenges and drives solutions.
Must-Have Skills

Experience in Capital Markets domain.
Strong program / delivery management experience
Proven ability to handle multiple teams & complex stakeholder environments
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and influencing skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70- $73 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
